The Ruby used to be my local Chinese takeaway when I first moved to Northampton 3 years ago. Although they do keep some strange opening hours the food is really quite decent and the wait times aren't too bad although obviously better if you can ring ahead. Service was always with a smile and I would consider it good value for money.
